Santander’s former commercial boss to head up Enterprise’s commercial division

Enterprise Finance has appointed three new members of staff to its commercial mortgages division, including Rajvi Lodhia, formerly commercial mortgage team leader at Santander Commercial, who will take up the role of head of commercial mortgages.

Julian Abbiss, a former credit and risk specialist at GE Money Home Lending and Sam Rose, a former underwriter at Enterprise Finance have also joined the firm as underwriter and administrator respectively.

Danny Waters, chief executive officer of Enterprise Finance, says: ’We believe the commercial property sector has huge potential and, with these impressive new additions to the Enterprise team, are positioning ourselves to benefit from the up cycle.

“There is a strong demand for commercial mortgages and now that lenders such as Aldermore and Shawbrook have arrived on the scene, this is bringing the sector to life.”
