Connect Overseas launches marketing resource for brokers

Connect Overseas has launched an online resource that aims to help brokers promote an overseas mortgage service to their customers.

The facilities available on the firm’s website include email templates, promotional flyers, an up-to-date product guide, affordability and mortgage calculators and currency conversion tools.

Liz Syms, managing director at Connect Overseas, says that in the past information about overseas mortgages has been hidden away from brokers by specialists, but she believes helping to expand intermediaries’ knowledge of the overseas sector is in everyone’s interest.

She says: “By launching our marketing resource we are also helping to educate a new generation of brokers to market an overseas mortgage facility with confidence to new and existing clients.

“Connect Overseas is committed to the intermediary market and we believe that by putting product information in the hands of brokers and helping them to build their business, we will help to expand the market for buyers, sellers and intermediaries.”
