SimplyBiz Mortgages adds Chorley Building Society to panel

Chorley Building Society has today joined the SimplyBiz Mortgages panel of lenders.

SimplyBiz members will now have access to Chorley’s full range of products including its residential mainstream offering and buy-to-let.

SimplyBiz Mortgages chief executive Martin Reynolds says: “2013 is going to be an important year for lending which should see a continuation of the positive end to 2012. Creating a new partnership with Chorley Building Society will offer our members even greater choice and new opportunities to help their clients.

“Both the product offering and Chorley’s traditional view of underwriting highlight how the building society sector is helping more and more clients obtain a mortgage. We look forward to working with them to help develop their proposition further.”

Chorley Building Society head of mortgages Barrie Brain says: “We are delighted to be joining the SimplyBiz Mortgages panel as they continue to offer their members improved options. We believe that our approach to underwriting will provide their members with greater mortgage opportunities. We feel that SimplyBiz Mortgages, with their comprehensive compliance proposition, offer Chorley an excellent avenue in expanding our directly authorised distribution. I am sure that the partnership will flourish over the coming months.”
