Martin Reynolds appointed chief executive of SimplyBiz Mortgages

The SimplyBiz Group has appointed Martin Reynolds to the newly created role of chief executive of SimplyBiz Mortgages.

Martin’s previous roles have included head of sales at BM Solutions, commercial director at edeus and business development director at PMS.

Reynolds will take responsibility for all aspects of running the mortgage club, including developing the offering and recruiting members, and will report to Matthew Timmins, joint managing director of the SimplyBiz Group.

Ken Davy, chairman of SimplyBiz, says: “SimplyBiz Mortgages has been growing year-on-year for the last four years and we have some exciting plans ahead. We are delighted that Martin has agreed to join us, he has a wealth of experience on both the intermediary and lender side of distribution and we feel he is an excellent fit to help us take SimplyBiz Mortgages to the next level.”

    Martin is a top guy with a wealth of knowledge & experience in the mortgage industry. I am surprised that no other firm has snapped him up before now. I am certain he will be a great success as CEO of SimplyBiz.
