Pink launches life desk facility for ARs

Pink Network has today launched a telephone-based service designed to help ARs perform market research and place protection cases for non-standard and impaired life clients.

Pink’s protection panel providers, comprising Aviva, Bright Grey, Exeter Family Friendly, LV=, Pru Protect, and Zurich, will primarily place the cases but the new life desk facility will also have access to some off-panel providers

LV= national accounts manager Jon Bourne says, “One of the reasons we enjoy working so closely with Pink is that they’re continually looking to enhance the support they give their advisers. The ‘Life Desk’ tool is another great example of how they do this and will help their advisers grow their protection business.”

Pink Network head Mark Graves says, “The launch of the life desk represents the next stage in our protection development and training programme for ARs. It is vitally important that we continue to develop and adapt solutions that will assist our AR’s to grow their businesses. This will build on the excellent foundations we created in 2012, which was a record year for protection sales for us and saw a 48 per cent increase in overall business volumes. This launch is just part of our 2013 strategy which will focus on our key areas of training and support.”
