Clydesdale bank expands BTL range from Monday

Clydesdale Bank is expanding its buy-to-let range with the addition of two and five-year products up to 60 per cent and 75 per cent LTV, from Monday 11 February.

The initial rate on the two-year product up to 60 per cent LTV is 3.59 per cent and 3.99 per cent up to 75 per cent LTV.

The initial rate on the five-year mortgage up to 60 per cent is 4.49 per cent and 4.89 per cent up to 75 per cent LTV.

The maximum LTV available for interest-only BTL mortgages will increase from 70 per cent to 75 per cent.

Clydesdale Bank head of mortgage distribution Fred Sharp says: “We continue to add to and adapt our product range to meet the needs of customers and the broker market. These new Buy-to-Let products increase the choice available, plus demonstrate our commitment to lend and our support for the intermediary channel.”

All products revert to the bank’s SVR, currently at 5.35 per cent.
