NatWest Intermediary Solutions cuts shared equity rate

NatWest Intermediary Solutions has cut the rate on its two-year fixed rate shared equity mortgage and increased the LTV.

The rate has been cut from 4.99% to 4.49%, and the maximum LTV has gone from from 70% to 75%.

The product comes with a £199 arrangement fee and an early repayment charge of 3%.

It allows overpayments of up to 10% of the outstanding balance each year.

The NatWest Intermediary Solutions brand was created last month following the rebrand of Royal Bank of Scotland Intermediary Partners.
