Home of Choice teams up with Cheshire Mortgage Corporation

Home of Choice has teamed up with Cheshire Mortgage Corporation to offer its range of regulated mortgage products to its advisers.

Cheshire Mortgage Corporation is the residential mortgage lending division of Blemain Group, providing a range of regulated mortgage contracts including a 100% shared ownership product. 

It will consider many statuses of client, from those with a perfect credit rating to those who may have had credit difficulties in the past.

Gary Bailey, director of Cheshire Mortgage Corporation, says: “We are delighted that Home of Choice ARs will have access to our range of residential mortgage products.

Rates for 90% LTV deals are down by almost 2%

The average rate for mortgage deals up to 90% LTV has fallen by almost 2% in the past three months, according to Evaluate Technologies. The average rate has gone from 7% in November to 5.3%.
