Enness Private Clients appoints sales director

Enness Private Clients, the large mortgage brokerage, has appointed Dean Spendiff to the newly created role of sales director.

Spendiff

Spendiff, who will join Enness on 2 January, has worked in the mortgage industry for over 20 years, most recently at Hurst Independent Financial Services, where he was managing director.

Prior to his time at Hurst, he was head of financial services at Hamptons International and regional financial services director at Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward.

He will be in charge of managing and developing the existing broker team of 12 and growing the company.

Enness director Hugh Wade-Jones says: “I’m absolutely thrilled that Dean is joining us and given the huge uplift in business and as a result business writers we’ve seen over the past year he will be absolutely crucial in ensuring the on-going success of Enness Private Clients. Dean was aware of our strong reputation in the large loan space and was keen to further his skillset and develop his career at a company that is going places.”
