Conti teams up with SimplyBiz for overseas mortgages

Conti Mortgages Overseas is teaming up with SimplyBiz Mortgages to provide a specialist referral service for overseas mortgages.

SimplyBiz Members will be able to recommend Conti to clients who are seeking overseas property finance, and earn valuable commission for every case they complete.

Conti says they will have access to trained staff, the best available mortgage rates, and an online sales toolkit, providing everything they need to generate overseas mortgage sales from their existing client base, with minimal outlay from their own business.

Emma Hollingworth, director of sales at SimplyBiz Mortgages, says: “There’s no doubt that the overseas mortgage market holds opportunities for our members, and we believe that it’s important to provide them with specialist expertise as well as valuable commission opportunities.

“In the current economic climate, it’s advisable for our Members to consider additional income streams, and at SimplyBiz Mortgages, we’re always looking to improve the proposition we offer.”

Clare Nessling, operations director at Conti, says: “If intermediaries haven’t yet considered the overseas mortgage market as a source of additional income, there may never be a better time to do so.

“With mortgage rates at an historic low, many holiday homes being heavily discounted, and the falling value of the euro making property cheaper still, many experts claim that there’s never been a better time to buy.”

All mortgage applications will be processed and underwritten by Conti’s teams of specialists.
