Aldermore launches broker locator website tool

Aldermore is launching a broker locator tool on its website, making it easier for residential borrowers to find mortgage brokers based in their local area.

The broker locator is available online from today and borrowers have to enter their postcode and they’ll be presented with the details of brokers operating in their area, including the name and address of each firm, the broker principal’s name and contact phone number.

Mark Stephens, managing director of Aldermore’s mortgages division, says: “Like all good ideas, this one is really simple and was enthusiastically welcomed by brokers when we tested the concept.

“The system, which includes all 6,000 brokers registered on our database, lists firms based in proximity to the borrower. If mortgage brokers would like their details to be included in our broker locator, they simply need to register with Aldermore via our website.”
