Sesame Bankhall Group appoints head of group sales

Sesame Bankhall Group has appointed David Kafetz as head of group sales.

Kafetz reports into managing director, distribution, Nick Kelly and is responsible for leading the sales teams across Sesame and Bankhall.

He has 30 years industry experience and joins Sesame Bankhall Group from Intrinsic Financial Services, where he was strategic recruitment director. Previous roles include director at financial services recruitment firm, Ecruit, and national recruitment and development manager at Royal & Sun Alliance.

Kelly says: “David brings with him a wealth of industry experience and will be another excellent addition to our strong management team. He has a great understanding and insight into the issues that adviser firms are facing whilst they adapt and build value in their business, as we enter the new RDR world. We are investing in our business and rolling out a range of exciting new services for advisers. David will have a key role in ensuring that our customers and our group gain maximum benefit from this important work.”
