Mortgage Brain launches mobile app

Mortgage Brain has launched a mobile application to promote brokers and mortgage products to UK consumers.

The app, launched initially on the iPhone and soon to be made available on the iPad and Android devices, has been designed to support brokers’ sales channels and promote them to consumers.

The app, which is free of charge to consumers,  includes a consumer facing mortgage search and selection capability -featuring broker only products -, a range of mortgage calculators and a find a broker facility.

All mortgage brokers who use Mortgage Brain’s mortgage sourcing systems are entitled to be promoted within the find a broker section, together with contact details, at no charge and all leads and enquiries will be passed on, again at no charge.

Mark Lofthouse, CEO of Mortgage Brain, says: “Consumers are demanding to do more and more on the go and whilst a small selection of companies in the mortgage industry have launched apps to promote their business, this is the first to promote brokers and deliver information and new business leads free of charge.

“The Mortgage Brain app has been developed to drive business to brokers and will allow homebuyers to conduct high level mortgage searches – of intermediary products only – use a range of mortgage calculators, and then, through our find a broker facility, use GPS navigation to show and provide contact details for the nearest brokers.”
