The Royal Bank of Scotland receives over 1,600 complaints every day, data from the state-backed bank has revealed.
It is reported in the Daily Mail that RBS and NatWest were hit with 302,371 complaints between July and December last year.
This breaks down to 80,212 complaints for RBS and 222,159 for NatWest. Many of NatWest complaints related to problems with banking services, and 84,316 customers complaining about NatWest won their case.
The Financial Ombudsman Service already publishes industry-wide data about the extents of complaints at different institutions, but RBS is said to be the first bank to make more detailed information available to the public.
