Paradigm offers will writing and divorce service

Paradigm Mortgage Services is offering a will-writing service from Ison Harrison Solicitors, as well as the law firm’s online divorce service.

Paradigm members can refer their clients immediately through the firm’s tele-referral system. Clients will be able to talk to a lawyer before the will is drafted and the client is billed.

Ison Harrison can also review clients’ existing wills for free to ensure they remain valid and reflect clients’ current wishes.

Advisers earn £40 for each referral.

Paradigm members can also refer clients to the firm’s fixed-price electronic divorce service and receive a fee for doing so.

Any post-divorce services provided to the client by Ison Harrison will also generate referral commission.

Bob Hunt, chief executive of Paradigm Mortgage Services, says: “Paradigm is working with partners such as Ison Harrison to make it as simple as possible for our intermediary firms to deliver peace of mind to these clients by arranging a will quickly and professionally.

“We are also delighted to be the first and only distributor to be offering intermediaries access to Ison Harrison’s unique, electronic divorce service.

“Advisers are now in a strong position to not only advise on the financial ramifications of the divorce but to also ensure their client has the support from the legal professionals at Ison Harrison.”

Michael Davidson, head of business development at Ison Harrison, says: “Paradigm members now have the opportunity to provide a range of legal services to their clients as a result of this working relationship.

“The launch of the will service complements the divorce offering and is there for advisers and their clients both post-divorce and independently.”
