to pass all phone leads to L&C

London & Country is to handle all telephone enquiries on behalf of following a new deal between the two firms.,’s broker arm which sells online advice queries to brokers, says it will be unaffected by the tie-up.

L&C has been taking surplus telephone calls on behalf of the comparison website since the end of last year when’s in-house advisers cannot cope with call volumes.

The comparison website has now decided to integrate its small team of advisers into the other parts of the business and transfer all telephone enquiries to L&C.
