AfI launches fee free deals for home movers

Abbey for Intermediaries has launched a range of fee free fixed and tracker rate deals for borrowers looking to remortgage with the lender when moving home.

The Loyal Mover scheme allows customers with less than six months remaining on their product to transfer onto any other deal from its new business range with no Early Repayment Charge as long as they borrow at least the same amount as their existing mortgage balance.

The new products include a  two-year, 75% LTV, tracker mortgage at 2.99% with no booking fee – including the Homebuyer solution.

It is also offering a two-year, 75% LTV, fixed rate mortgage at 4.24% with no booking fee  – including the Homebuyer solution.

Adrian Whittaker, key accounts director at Abbey for Intermediaries, says: “We are one of the only lenders to offer this range of products. We are keen to remind customers that loyalty can have its benefits when moving home. Our new proposition is based on the idea that homebuyers don’t have to move lenders to get the best mortgage deal.”
