To qualify brokers have to sign up to LeadPoint before the end of March and place a minimum order of 30 remortgage leads for £600.
Lead buyers will then receive a further 30 first-time buyer, buy-to-let or next-time buyer for free.
Justin Rees, head of marketing at LeadPoint UK, says: “Many brokers are passing up an opportunity to generate business by purchasing first-time buyer, buy-to-let and next-time buyer leads.
“Although conversion rates on average are lower for these lead types than for remortgage leads due to the current economic climate, brokers can still make a good return on investment as the lead price is low.
“Not so long ago these same leads were selling for more than £20 so rather than turning their backs from this area of the market, brokers should use the current low prices as an opportunity to do business.”
