Email Mortgages teams up with Exclusively Surrey

Email Mortgages has signed Surrey-based estate agents, Exclusively Surrey, to its estate agent proposition.

Exclusively Surrey will now offer its client base access to Email Mortgages where they will receive whole of market mortgage advice.

Martin Gilsenan, corporate relationship executive at Email Mortgages, says:
“We are delighted to be working with Exclusively Surrey in the provision of mortgage advice to its substantial client base.

“The management team at Exclusively is fully aware of the need for professional, tailored advice for those individuals looking to purchase property, and by linking with Email they are delivering this value-added offering to all clients.

“Exclusively Surrey operates in the high-end Surrey market and the firm has a reputation for the quality of its operation and the service it provides through its vastly experienced sales team. As top-end estate agents it has invested heavily in appropriate computer and communications technology, and we are pleased to see it has recognised Email Mortgages’ own unique technology-based offering to consumers.

Simon Pelling, managing director of Exclusively Surrey, says: “I am delighted to confirm our partnership with Email Mortgages. Focusing as we do on the middle to upper market and beyond it is a real challenge to find a financial services partner who understands our client’s requirements, rather than a ‘one size fits all’ solution that most organisations seem to go for.

” We have found the team at Email Mortgages to be courteous and client-focused, plus they appreciate that time is of the essence and to forge a successful relationship with our clients they need to react in real time following our client introductions. Early indicators suggest the relationship is already working well with a significant number of clients already using Email’s services.”
