Promise teams up with First European Securities

Promise Solutions has added two lenders to its sub-prime and self-cert secured loan panels.

Access to First European is available on an introducer basis or as a satellite packager.

The identity of the second lender remains confidential to Promise’s introducers.

The Promise Quote technology will allow brokers to source and fully quote the products of the lenders, plus Promise’s existing panel.

Steve Walker, managing director of Promise Solutions, says: “We’re pleased to be able to offer additional lenders and products to our brokers, especially as the market is so difficult at the moment.

“Having looked at the criteria offered by these lenders they appear to fill some crucial niches at the moment and I’m sure they will be well received by the brokers, networks and master loan brokers using the various versions of our system.

“Promise hope to be adding more lenders in the near future together with bridging, commercial and equity release products.”
