InterBay offers commercial mortgage seminars

InterBay is launching a series of business building seminars to give advice to intermediaries on commercial mortgages.

The free seminars will help intermediaries target clients and build their businesses with a new income stream from commercial loans.

Anna Bennett, head of marketing for Interbay, says: We have been delighted with the success of our first series of seminars and the consistently positive feedback we have received from the intermediaries who attended.

We have also expanded the marketing support section following demand from the intermediaries.

“We are confident that the seminars are an excellent source of information and support for anyone who is interested in increasing their commercial business revenues.

Over the last series we have seen an average of 25% of intermediaries who attended consequently submitting cases, which proves that with the right help and tools they can find and close commercial deals simply and quickly.”
