Mortage Strategy and eMoneyfacts team up on marketing

Mortgage Strategy has entered into a joint venture ad sales agreement with free online sourcing portal eMoneyfacts.

As part of the deal Mortgage Strategy’s online sales staff will sell advertising for eMoneyfacts.

eMoneyfacts was first launched by the Moneyfacts Group in 2004 and contains a full mortgage client management system allowing secure storage of client data, and compliance documentation including IDD, audit report and
suitability letter. The system also allows brokers to source prime residential, buy-to-let and sub-prime mortgage products.

It is also linked to the Mortgage Trading Exchange.

As well as a mortgage sourcing system the site also contains the only online commercial mortgage sourcing tool in the UK.

It also lets brokers search for savings, equity release and personal finance products.

Ed Payne, head of eMoneyfacts. says: “Over 14,500 brokers can’t be wrong. We provide brokers with a wider range of facilities, data and support than any other website or sourcing system and what’s more it is completely free.

“We intend to use the breadth of facilities and data we provide to help intermediaries to diversify in these challenging times by opening up new markets for them in 2009 and by saving them money by providing facilities
free of charge that others charge for.”

Brokers can register for the site at www.emoneyfacts.co.uk.
