Mortgage Excellence and De Wood Mortgages merge

Mortgage Excellence has announced its merger with De Wood Mortgages. De Wood Mortgages has moved its business into the Mortgage Excellence offices in Stanmore and has been integrated into the infrastructure.

The venture will take advantage of affinity opportunities opening up within the mortgage industry.

Andy Cattell, head of operations at Mortgage Excellence, says: Traditional ways of doing mortgage business are being challenged, especially with the growth of the internet, and new ways of operating are required for mortgage brokers to thrive.

The merger marks the start of Mortgage Excellences plans for growth and is a sign of exciting times to come. The company is currently seeking other like minded brokers in the local area to join forces.

Cattell adds: I am sure there are other brokers in the area who are looking to the future and I would be happy to speak with anyone who may be interested in exploring this further.
