Mortgage Bureau adds Rooftop to lender panel

Mortgage Bureau has added Rooftop Mortgages to its panel and members will receive free valuations for the rest of the year on all Rooftop Mortgages products accessed through Rooftop Direct.

Mike Lloyd, head of sales at Mortgage Bureau, says: “We are delighted with this addition to our lender panel and product range. I am confident that it will strengthen both our franchise and direct to broker propositions. I believe that Rooftop’s market leading capped rates should prove popular.

“We have therefore made the decision to offer a free valuation on all Rooftop products for the rest of the year. This is in addition to the attractive 75 valuation we have with some of our other panel lenders.”

Alison Beech, sales and marketing director at Rooftop Mortgages, says: “We are excited to be joining Mortgage Bureau’s lending panel. Rooftop’s specialist products and market leading service should ensure a mutually beneficial relationship that supports its franchise and broker channels.”
