GMAC-RFC links up with The Mortgage Service

GMAC-RFC has announced its remote processing partnership with Exeter-based The Mortgage Service.

The Mortgage Service has been packaging GMAC-RFC cases for the last six years and has now been elevated to remote processor status.

This means that Esther Greig, a GMAC-RFC lending consultant is based in its office permanently to ensure greater control over the mortgage process from application to completion.

The Mortgage Service, which has been established for six years, is a packager in the South West and attribute its success to its skilled staff and low staff turnover, with most members of staff having been there three years or more.

Paul Adams, regional sales manager of GMAC-RFC, says: We are delighted to have formed this partnership with The Mortgage Service and value the relationship we have built with it over the past few years. We believe that it will be successful as a remote processor.

Mark Allen, managing director of The Mortgage Service, says: We are excited about the new partnership with GMAC-RFC. At The Mortgage Service we put a strong emphasis on personal service by assigning individual case managers and becoming a GMAC-RFC remote processor means that we will be able to enhance the service.
