Your awards supplement was well received but maybe next year you should take service into account.
For example, Mortgage Express wins Buy-to-Let Lender of the Year yet, whilst I appreciate it has some good products, if there is a lender with worse service I would be surprised.
It is virtually impossible to get hold of. Just try ringing it as I have – the phone system will not take messages and, worse, cannot even put you in a queue – supposedly because it is so busy.
In fact, being “so busy” seems to be its universal excuse.
Despite priding ourselves on our independence, Fidelius may have to change our terms of business to “Independent – except that we can't afford to use Mortgage Express”.
