Genesis unveils latest franchise

Genesis Home Loans has unveiled F-T Mortgages as the latest of its network franchises due to be rolled out nationwide.

Based near Bristol, F-T Mortgages will now operate as Genesis Bristol & Avon.

Tom Haines, director of Genesis Bristol & Avon, says: “I have known and trusted the people at Genesis for many years. This is a people business, so it was good to have the confidence from the start that the company can offer the best products and service to its intermediaries, whether they are independent, appointed representatives or introducers.”

John Lee, head of sales and marketing at Genesis, says: “F-T is a well established and successful business and Genesis looks forward to working with the firm to provide service to intermediaries.”

“This marks the continuation of the appointment of Genesis&#39s regional franchises. They will play a key role in building the Genesis brand as one of the leading UK networks from Mortgage Day. Being regionally based, they will be able to provide the all important local and personal service to intermediaries.”

Franchises will be able to provide their current introducers with a continuity of service, combined with a competitive multi-channel product offering. In addition, by joining the Genesis Approved Network, packagers will be able to offer an AR proposition, with compliance support provided by Genesis head office.

The franchise programme will allow packagers to focus on providing intermediaries with local support, with the full backing of Genesis in the areas of IT, product, training, and marketing.

Appointed representatives joining the Genesis network receive day-one compliance support, a technologically driven offer that provides a choice of free sourcing software, a panel of over 50 lenders, market-leading procuration fees and exclusive products.
