KGB offers onsite underwriting from SMPL and Freedom

KGB Packaging now has onsite underwriting facilities provided by South Pacific Mortgage Ltc and Freedom Lending.

Rachel Bancroft, managing director of KGB, says: The ability to offer onsite underwriting facilities will be a key element in successful mortgage distribution in future, so we are very pleased to add SPML and Freedom underwriters to our growing team of on site lender facilities.

We are committed to providing brokers with fast decisions and lenders with an effective distribution channel, and our two new lender underwriters will find a warm welcome at KGB, together with high volumes of cases to process.

Roz Cawood, head of strategic relationships at SPML, adds: KGB Packaging is a valued distributor for SPML and we are very pleased to be able to provide it with an onsite underwriter, which will help it enhance the service it offers brokers and their customers.
