TMW pulls entire range

The Mortgage Works has pulled its entire product line from 5pm today.

Nationwide’s specialist lending arm says it has taken the decision to stop climbing up the best-buy tables

Matthew Wyles, non-retail director at Nationwide, says: “The products were withdrawn to avoid being exposed to best-buy coverage over the weekend.

“We were going to remove the UCB Homeloans range, however, Alliance & Leicester product changes have resulted in the TMW range being withdrawn.”

Wyles says the product range will be replaced and unveiled next week.

The lender says all cases that were in the pipeline have the rates secured but these need to be fully packaged and submitted to TMW by April 18.

It says no exceptions will be made.
