Abbey National for Intermediaries is mailing over 20,000 of its intermediary contacts to mark the arrival of a single point of contact for intermediaries.
The ANFIS new year card contains a message from Ambrose McGinn, director of sales and marketing.
McGinn says: “When we launched ANFIS in September last year, we made a promise to intermediaries of access to a wide range of products through one point of contact. Now we are delivering on that promise.
“From this month, our new sales, key relationships and sales development teams will begin to change the way that providers work with intermediaries, giving them easy access to products and services designed specifically to help them grow their business.”
Sales consultants will go along to their first meeting with their new intermediary contacts armed with a new corporate bulletin that includes information on the individual brands within ANFIS as well as a round-up of news from each of the brands.
An advertising and e-marketing campaign, including banner advertising on all of the major portals with links to the ANFIS gateway page, also kicks off this month to support the “new year, new contact” campaign.
