Genesis appoints insurance manager


Genesis has appointed Keith Longthorne as insurance manager.

His remit is to develop the general insurance offering that Genesis provides to its franchises, licences and appointed representatives.

Longthorne has over 30 years experience within the insurance industry working for both insurers and networks.

Prior to joining Genesis, he worked as director of insurer relations at Broker Network in Harrogate.

Nigel Gardner, business development director at Genesis, says: “Longthorne will be tremendous asset to Genesis and his experience within General Insurance will be invaluable both before and after GI regulation.”

Longthorne says: “I am delighted to join Genesis at such an exciting time.
