In February Pink reported that over 500 of its appointed representatives have now chosen to replace their paper processes in favour of the system.
The advanced course is aimed at those ARs who have been using the Key for a while and want to learn how to get more from it.
Neil Hoare, sales and marketing director of Pink, says: “The Key offers intermediaries a whole range of benefits. It is important that they use the system to its full potential to help make their job easier and have more time to spend with customers.
“We took the decision to support the Key with an in-house team rather than rely on training from MBL and this has allowed us more flexibility and targeted training when our members ask for it.”
The next advanced training course will be held at Pink’s head office in Lichfield, Staffordshire, on Thursday 9th April.
