Mortgage Intelligence adds Abbey Additions to GI panel

Mortgage Intelligence has added Abbey Additions to its general insurance panel for its appointed representative members.

Members will now have access to Abbey’s bedroom plus Insurance, new build insurance, landlords insurance and mortgage payment protection insurance.

Abbey will be offering Mortgage Intelligence ARs the chance to win either a Mont Blanc pen or a top prize of his and hers designer watches in an exclusive competition to celebrate the launch.

All advisers who submit an Abbey Additions General Insurance application between the 20th April and 31st May will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

Sally Laker, managing director of Mortgage Intelligence, says: “General Insurance is an essential additional income stream for many of our advisers, and we’re continually looking at the ways in which we can enhance our existing proposition. We’re delighted to add this competitive offering from Abbey to panel and believe that our ARs will find it of real value.”

Adrian Whittaker, key accounts director for Abbey for Intermediaries, says:
“In addition to offering competitively priced products we have an ongoing commitment to provide intermediaries with additional sales opportunities by offering the ability to ‘cross-sell’ other financial products within our product range.

“As such, we are delighted to offer the Abbey Additions General Insurance proposition through Mortgage Intelligence appointed representatives.”
