Manor offers igroup redemption free range

Manor Mortgages has been selected as a key distributor for igroup’s redemption free range of mortgages.

Rates will start at 6.09% on discounts, will feature fixed rates from 6.79%, and has been launched to existing Manor broker agencies only.

The products are for remortgage only, with defaults considered and a maximum LTV of 70%, max loan size £250,000 and satisfied CCJs ignored.

The range is available for employed and self employed and the only early repyament charge is one months interest or one months notice, plus a small admin fee.

James Harries, sales and marketing director of Manor Mortgages, says: “We are delighted to be able to offer this new special range of products to our brokers. To be able to give just one months notice or interest with no other redemption penalty, on a product that will also accept a degree of adverse credit, will be enormously popular.

“Working partnerships are more important than ever and this gives us a perfect opportunity to offer a highly competitive product solely to the brokers who have been supporting Manor, a key feature of our strategy as the market improves and more exclusives are launched by our lenders.”
