If I were a rival of HSBC I would not use John Charcol

I was intrigued to learn that HSBC is to offer whole of market advice in its branches in conjunction with John Charcol.

If I were a rival lender, I would not want to distribute products via John Charcol, using the same excuse HSBC does for not accepting third party business.

And what a short memory HSBC has – doesn’t it remember the Bradford & Bingley fiasco?
