Affirmative Finance joins Commercial Mortgage Solution’s panel

Bridging specialist Affirmative Finance has joined the panel of Commercial Mortgage Solutions.

Adrian Coles, managing director of CMS says as a company it has made significant advances in expanding its range of services to add value to the packager networks and introducers that use its services.

Coles says: “Our Lenders which includes whole of market, exclusive and specialist lenders have an appetite to complete advances.

“However the cases have to be packaged and presented to them in a professional and comprehensive manner. I am delighted to say that we have a repoutation in the industry for packaging standards through the extensive experience of our classically trained underwriting team.

“Introducers are beginning to appreciate that they have to diversify to survive and that commercial loans and mortgages are a very income stream to theri individual businesses. For many brokers these areas have until now been an untapped area for growth and income generation.

“We have seen demand for our services increase month on month. The addition of Affirmative to our panel could not have been better timed.”

Roger Morris, a business development director at Affirmative, says: “I have worked in a professional capacity with Adrian and his team for a number of years and could not rate their services and skills any higher. We know the lending market has reduced and criteria tightened, but if anyone can place a commercial case in the current market it will be CMS.

“The addition of Affirmative to their panel, due to our ability to lend anywhere in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland on residential, semi commercial and commercial properties as first, second or third charges means CMS can truly assert their offering. I believe they cannot be beaten in terms of service and range of products they have available.”
