Sturges joins Money Partners

Specialist lender Money Partners has appointed Bob Sturges as director of communications.

Sturges joins the senior management team and reports directly to Colin Sanders, CEO.

Sturges has oversight of all communications activity at Money Partners including media, corporate and public relations and internal organisation communications.

He will also work closely with sales & marketing director, Adam Henry, to promote Money Partners across a range of high profile industry events.

Sturges has been active in the consumer finance industry for over 25 years.

During this time he has held a range of management positions in underwriting, risk assessment, servicing, internal audit and communications.

His previous companies include Lloyds Bowmaker, Nationwide Credit Corporation, Heritable Finance Group and igroup.

Prior to joining Money Partners, Sturges was head of PR and corporate affairs at GE Home Lending.

Sturges says: “I had four great years at GE but the time was right to move on. I see this as a special opportunity to join an expanding and exciting business capable of taking a fresh approach to specialist lending.

“As Money Partners approaches its first anniversary, I’m looking forward to working with a highly experienced and progressive team to ensure its second year is even more successful than the first.
