So Mole was particularly impressed to hear that Richard Sexton, director of business development at e.surv, had been training hard for a 10km race which he successfully completed in Cardiff on Saturday.

The Men’s Health Survival of the Fittest race featured an unforgiving course interspersed with obstacles, starting on the waterfront of Cardiff Bay.
