PTFS launches B&W exclusives

Personal Touch Financial Services has launched two exclusive buy-tolet products funded by Bristol & West Mortgages.

PTFS is offering a choice of a three-year fixed deal at 5.75% with a rental calculation of 100% and a 1,295 fee or a two-year tracker at base rate plus 0.04%. The tracker has a rental calculation of 118% and comes with a 1,595 fee. Both products are also available via Mortgage Box.

Dev Male, director of mortgage distribution at PTFS, says: “With many intermediaries feeding back to us on the pressure of rental calculations, I am sure the combination of low rates, a choice of fixed or tracker products and rental calculations starting at 100% of the rate will make these deals attractive to them.”

Bob Stanworth, senior product manager at B&W, says: “B&W is pleased to provide PTFS with these products that should help its intermediaries capitalise on our favourable rental calculations and our approach of making deals easy to use.”
