Mortgage Times paid tribute to its lender and intermediary partners last night at its annual awards ceremony at the glamorous Claridges Hotel.

One highlight from the night was Platforms head of sales Richard Beardshaw making the winning bid for the charity auction, donating 6,600 to The Nation Deaf Childrens Society and winning himself three nights in New York in a luxury Time Square hotel.

Despite some jeers from the audience about compere Bobby Davro risque jokes the night was an amazing success for the five-year old company.

After dinner Chris May, director of The Mortgage Times Group, revealed the firm is developing a point-of-sale system that will be integrated with Trigold’s sourcing system as part of its dedication to technology.

He also announced the launch of a training academy to recruit young blood into the industry.
