GMAC-RFC voted top employer

GMAC-RFC has been voted number 32 in the Sunday Times best 100 companies to work for.

Previously coming in at number 68, GMAC-RFC is the only mortgage lender to be included in the list.

The listing was secured following positive feedback obtained from an anonymous employee survey. GMAC-RFC was ranked in terms of leadership, management, personal growth, employee wellbeing, the team, giving something back, the company itself and whether employees feel they get a fair deal.

GMAC-RFC is sending 60 employees and their partners on an all expenses paid cruise to the Baltic Sea, stopping off in Stockholm, Helsinki and St Petersburg.

It is also providing a further 15 colleagues with a six-week paid sabbatical.

Chris Kujawa, human resources director of GMAC-RFC, says: We are delighted to have been included in the Sunday Times best 100 for the second year running.

“We are very proud to see our company featured in this list alongside other organisations that obviously value and motivate their employees.

“We do not take such awards for granted and will continue to look for ways to improve our position.

We have always believed that our employees are the key to our business success and that by engaging with them they can become a great way to advertise to future applicants.
