Edeus launches sub-prime remortgage range

Edeus has released an additional 24 remortgage-only sub-prime and sub-prime self-cert products.

These propositions, which will to add the new range launched in February are offered with free remortgage service, free property assessment, 200 cashback, and rates from a 6.44% near prime three-year tracker, at 90% LTV.

Alternatively, brokers can choose from the existing range, offering 500 cashback.

Alan Cleary, Managing Director of edeus, says: Our product launch last month was very well received, thats why weve decided to add a bonus to the range.
