Crown appointed by 5D Finance

5D Finance has appointed Crown Mortgage Management as its servicing partner.

5D Finance will continue to process applications in-house through to completion. Crown will administer completed 5D Finance mortgage loans, working with 5D Finance through the securitisation process and thereafter.

Keith Howard, chief executive of 5D Finance, says: Crown has experience, advanced and flexible systems and, most importantly, a solid understanding of managing securitised portfolios. We have ambitious targets and believe that there is considerable potential in the commercial market. Crown will be a strong partner to work with us to develop our business.

Julien Holmes, managing director of Crown, says: We are delighted to be working with 5D Finance. It has a compelling proposition in a slightly different market to our existing clients and is looking for strong growth. We genuinely believe we can add value to its business.
