UKValuations appoints Nigel Tobin as CEO

Automated valuations provider UKValuation has today appointed Nigel Tobin as its CEO.

Tobin has for the last three years held senior management positions at Countrywide Financial Corporation, of which UKValuation is a subsidiary, and also holds the position of CEO at Global Home Loans, Countrywides mortgage processing business.

He joined Countrywide from Barclays, having served as a senior executive in its mortgage business & Woolwichs Open Plan services. Nigel has also held senior positions at HSBC and Lloyds Bank in a financial services career which spans some 30 years.

A number of key management changes have taken place at UKValuation in addition to Tobins appointment, notably the interim appointment of Steve Bowering as client relationship director.

Tobin and Bowering will jointly oversee UKValuation’s plans to expand its service offering, as its new and improved valuation models are rolled out at the beginning of July.

Graeme Winser, formerly CEO of UKValuation and Guy Weightman, formerly sales director of UKValuation, recently resigned from UKValuation.
