Skipton has launched a mortgage calculator that allows users to input the amount they want to borrow, the term over which they want to pay it back and the rate of interest on the mortgage, and calculate how much their monthly repayments will be. Users can also change the amount of the loan, the term, the interest rate or the monthly repayment amount to recalculate and see the difference that these changes could make.
