Niche Mortgage Solutions joins PMPA

The Professional Mortgage Packagers Alliance has announced that its latest member is Niche Mortgage Solutions.

Situated near Reading, Niche Mortgage Solutions has nationwide broker coverage and three franchise offices in St Albans, Wisbech and Edinburgh.

The packager is on target to package 450m of applications annually, for mortgages, secured loans, commercial mortgages and bridging loans.

Jon O Brien, operations director of the PMPA, says: We are very pleased to welcome Niche Mortgage Solutions as the PMPAs latest member.

Niches owners, Steve Field and Mike Gosnell, have long track records within the industry and I am confident that their experience and excellent packaging standards will help to enhance the PMPAs reputation overall.
