London & European has appointed Graham Clark as head of client management.
A specialist in mortgage sales and processing, Clark joins L&E from Barclays where he held the role of head of originations processes.
Prior to that, he spent six years in Global Home Loans working in various planning and performance management roles before taking responsibility for that function within the Originations Division.
During this time, he oversaw an 11% improvement in the application to completion rate and a 38% improvement in the time to offer through improved resource planning, new process implementation and technology deployment.
Clark will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of L&Es client management strategy.
He will also be responsible for the procurement and management of L&Es panel of external lawyers in the delivery of conveyancing services, and will assume overall responsibility for L&Es Complete extranet panel management offering.
Christopher Taylor, chief executive officer at L&E, says: I am delighted to welcome Graham on board.
He has an in-depth understanding of the mortgage lending industry and residential conveyancing, and will bring valuable new skills both to our team and to our clients.
