Halifax Estate Agents takes top estate agency award

Halifax Estate Agents has taken a top award at The Estate Agent & Letting Agent of the Year Awards 2006.

For the second successive year HEA scooped the national gong for Best Estate Agency Chain.

The event, supported by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, featured special guest presenter Phil Spencer from Channel Four’s Location, Location, Location.

The award is based on direct feedback from customers, with judges looking for an exceptional offering, innovation and demonstrable results.

Colin Kemp, managing director of Halifax Estate Agents, says: “To receive this award speaks volumes for the consistently high level of customer service we offer across the entire branch network.

This is the second year in a row we have won and shows we consistently deliver.”

At the ceremony, the Caerphilly HEA branch also took individual honours, winning a silver award in the category of Best Estate Agent for Wales.
