c2-financial has appointed Justin Caffrey as group managing director, replacing David Wylie who takes up the position of group chairman.Caffrey, previously sales and operations director, starts his new job on June10. Wylie says: “Caffrey has been instrumental in the growth of the business and the integration of a corporate structure in the group. He established thecurrent management team in 2004 and has managed all operational and sales activities since then. “By working together on strategic matters Caffrey and I have seen four yearsof growth inprofitability and business volumes, well ahead of market trends.” Caffrey says: “This changedoes nothing but strengthen our resolve for enhanced growth in all sectors. We will continue to implement ourapproach to prudent spending and our proven ability to maintain high levels of profitability and service.”
