Property services network one of the UK’s fastest growing companies

National property services network, movewithus, has been recognised as one of the fastest growing companies in the UK by the annual The Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 survey.

The annual league table ranks the UKs top 100 unquoted companies with the fastest-growing sales, and tracks the top performing private companies and entrepreneurs.

movewithus, which features in the top 20, started operations in 1997, employs 67 staff and has increased its sales by over 109% per year between 2001 and 2004 from an annualised 582,000 to 5.3m. In 2005, movewithus has processed 4,000 part-exchange property deals for developers.

Nigel Higgins, director of movewithus, says: To be recognised as one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK is fantastic and we have major plans to continue this growth and build on our success to date. Reaching number 19 in this years survey really makes all of our hard work and effort worth it. We know that our business model and the added value we offer to our network of independent estate agents across the UK is making a difference and this proves it.

movewithus recently launched HIPlite, a pre-sale pack that meets Home Information Pack legislation, as it stands. Estate agents and new home builders with HIPlite will be able to provide their clients with a much improved service. More importantly, with the introduction of the compulsory HIP fast-approaching, HIPlite aims to prepare their offices for the change and ensure the transition is smooth.

HIPlite contains all of the components likely to be required by HIP legislation,
including the option of an inspection report. Agents simply order the packs, which are delivered in printed and CD format, online and can also check their progress at the click of a button.
